 Types of Blood Pressure

-There are Two Parts of Blood Pressure
-Systolic Blood Pressure
-Diastolic Blood Pressure

Systolic Blood Pressure

-When the heart beats, it contract and pushes the blood through the arteries to the rest of the body. This force create a pressure on the arteries. This is called systolic Blood Pressure

Diastolic Blood Pressure

-it is the pressure in the arteries when the heart rests between beats.

Normal Blood Pressure

-Normal Blood Pressure is considered as 120/80 mm hg
-Now in this blood pressure 120=Systolic Blood Pressure
-And the other 80: Diastolic Blood Pressure

 Pulse and how to count it ?

Pulse Definition

-it is the rhythmic expansion and contraction of an artery as blood is forced through it by the regular contractions of heart. It can be elt at areas where artery is close to the skin like at wrist, neck or top of foot. It is the number of heart beats per minute.

Normal Pulse Rate

-Pulse rate is also depend on your blood pressure. If may vary in different ages Like it may Be different in different ages like. If is differenf in childhood ,teenage, Adult and old age. Overall the pulse is considered as 70 per minute in males and 75 times per minute in female in the criteria of normal.

Angina

-Angina is a type of chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart muscle. Angina is a symptom of coronary artery disease. Angina is typically described as squeezing, pressure, heaviness, tightness or pain in your chest. Angina, also called angina pectoris, can be a recurring problem or a sudden, acute health concern

Heart Attack

-A heart attack happens when the flow of oxygen-rich blood to a section of heart muscle sudden by becomes blocked and the heart can't get oxygen. If blood flow isn't restored quickly, the section of heart muscle begins to die. There may be several reason behind this attack. Heart Attack is a silent killer and it originate suddenly.

 Symptoms of angina and heart attack

-Discomfort, pressure, heaviness, or pain in the chest, arm, or below the breastbone.
-Discomfort radiating to the back, jaw, throat, or arm.
- Fullness, indigestion, or choking feeling (may feel like heart burn).
- Sweating, nausea, vomiting, or dizziness.
- Extreme weakness, anxiety, or shortness of breath.
- Rapid or irregular heartbeats
